Our company specializes in printing and tailoring fabrics, we offering a comprehensive one-stop-service center to over 100 clients in Malaysia for over 20 years. Our services include consultation, printing, fabric tailoring, fashion manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. 2. What types of fabrics can be used for printing?
Our printing services span across a broad variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, linen, silk, and more. In addition, we offer customized sewing options, such as baby seam, overlock, and embroider sewing, to cater to your specific needs. Don't hesitate to contact us for further information regarding fabric and sewing options that best suit your products.

3. What printing methods do you use for fabric printing?
We using a Digital Thermal Transfer Printing requires pre-printing of the pattern on a special white paper before transferring it onto various synthetic fabrics (such as chiffon, satin, etc.) using thermal transfer.

4. What file formats do you accept for printing designs?
We accept commonly used file formats like JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF and AI. Please make sure your files are high-resolution to ensure optimal print quality and using CMYK not RGB.

5. Can I provide my own fabric for printing services?

Yes, we do provide printing services to customers who require it. We are flexible and can accommodate specific requests. Additionally, we have a wide selection of fabrics in-house. Please feel free to contact our team for guidance on providing your fabric and any other specific requirements you may have.

6. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for fabric printing or tailoring?
We accommodate orders of all sizes, from small runs to bulk orders. However, minimum order quantities may apply for certain customizations or specialty fabrics. Contact us for details.

7. Do you provide design services, or do I need to provide my own artwork?
Apologies, we don't offer design services based on your request. However, we do have a range of fantastic designs available for purchase on our Design page. If you have existing artwork, our team can guide you on the best way to prepare it for printing.

8. What is the cost for fabric printing services?
Pricing depends on factors such as fabric type, printing method, order quantity, and any additional services required. Please feel free to contact our team for a Quotation for accurate pricing based on your specific needs.

9. Can I request special fabrics material that cater to my needs?
Absolutely! We understand that different products may have unique requirements when it comes to fabric material. Many fabric printing services offer the flexibility for customers to request special fabrics that cater to their specific needs. 

10. How to place a sample order?

After we confirmed the design you want for the sample, we can move forward for more details. For a sample, it will have charge depending on your request; After payment has been made, it takes about 7-12 working days to receive your sample. 

11. What's your MOQ for production? (minimum order quantity)

Generally speaking, our MOQ is 100 units per product per color. But it may vary according to the type of product you choose.

12. What is your leading time?

The standard lead time is up to 30 days, which can vary depending on the quantity of your order.
